We are looking for people to fill weekend shifts for our residential group home in Bay Village.

Position Summary:

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides a variety of supportive services that include engagement, community, and social opportunities that lead to increased independence for the individuals in their home and is reflective of their choices and values. This position will assist with fulfilling the mission and purpose of Family Haven Inc.

Job Duties:

• Ensure Person Centered Programs (PCP) are followed as written.
• Responsible for providing documentation related to the care and activities of the individuals served.
• Responsible for assisting individuals with daily activities which may include outings, cleaning, cooking and personal hygiene.
• Completing household tasks.
• Assisting clients with appointments and other outings.
• Assisting with meals that meet specific dietary needs.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License
• Must possess valid car insurance
• High School Diploma/GED
